Marco Certomà, physiotherapist, Rome (Italy). Contact: ft.marco.certoma@gmail.com.
Data processed and purposes
- Browsing data. Like any website, the hosting server technically records IP address, date and time, pages requested and browser type. This is used for security and for the site to work properly; it is not used to profile you.
- Voluntary communications. If you write to me by email or WhatsApp, or contact me on LinkedIn, I process the data you send (name, contact details, message content) only to reply to you. Legal basis: your consent/request and pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).
Cookies and third-party tools
The site does not use profiling cookies, analytics or advertising tools. WordPress may set strictly necessary technical cookies, which do not require consent.
The typefaces (Fraunces and Manrope) are loaded from Google Fonts: when loading them, your browser contacts Google’s servers, which may receive your IP address. More information: policies.google.com/privacy.
The site contains links to external services (WhatsApp, LinkedIn, email). By clicking them you leave this site and those services’ privacy policies apply.
Hosting and recipients
The site is hosted by Aruba S.p.A. (Italy), which acts as data processor for technical browsing data. Data is not sold or disclosed.
Retention
Technical logs are kept for the period set by the hosting provider. Messages received are kept for as long as needed to reply and to manage any professional relationship.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability of your data (Arts. 15-22 GDPR) by writing to the email address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
